Citizens Against Data Centers – Colorado Springs
CADC-COS is a collective of grassroots organizers, engineers, and concerned Americans responding to the sudden and rapid influx of hyperscale data centers & AI technologies that threaten our beautiful neighborhoods and thriving communities in Colorado Springs & El Paso County.
We demand full transparency and accountability from the the government and developers. This includes regulations with clear consequences that prioritize peoples’ health, surrounding wildlife, and ensurement that the natural environment is protected.
We use a multi-pronged approach, creating informational posts, sound demos, supporting public comment and appeals to stop hyper scale data centers and circulating petitions to make sure that the technology serves people & the environment over short term profit.
